This is my 300th recipe on the website! As an avid chocoholic I suggest you celebrate with me chocolate cakes. Gentle, supercollege brownies and prunes literally melt in your mouth! Come in for a Cup of tea!
Ingredients for Chocolate cakes
- Milk ghee - 1 l
- Sourdough - 1 piece
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Brown sugar - 100 g
- Ryazhenka - 150 ml
- Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
- Soda - 1/3 tsp
- Flour - 120 g
- Nuts - 50 g
- Prunes - 50 g
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Vanilla sugar - 1/2 tsp.
- Dark chocolate - 100 g
- Butter - 100 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Chocolate cakes

For the preparation of sour milk I used yogurt maker thermos.

Baked milk is heated to a temperature of 22-24 degrees. Add 1 sachet of bacterial starter cultures "Natural fermented baked milk" from Orsika. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes.
Tightly closed container of milk with a lid. Put in a thermos of boiling water, and leave in a warm place for 6-10 hours.
Ready fermented baked milk cooling.
It turns out 1 liter of delicious, homemade sour milk.

Eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, beat until fluffy mass.

Adding homemade fermented baked milk, vegetable oil, whisk.

Add cocoa powder, bicarbonate of soda, sifted flour. Mix on low speed of mixer until smooth. Pour into the oiled dish (diameter 22-24 cm).

Bake cake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 35-40 minutes until tender.
I baked in a slow cooker 65 minutes "Baking".
Ready biscuit cool.

While cake cools, prepare the cream.
Get the butter out of the fridge, melt the chocolate (I did this in the microwave).
In a water bath whisk the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until thick. I have it took about 10 minutes.

Combine egg mixture and chocolate. Whisk a couple of minutes. Cool!
Add softened butter and whisk until smooth delicate texture.

The cream is especially gentle and easy.

Nuts and prunes grind in a blender.
Grind the cooled cake into crumbs, I do it in blender.

Combine the biscuit crumbs with the chopped nuts and prunes.

Spread crumbs in cream and stir. The cream is spread in a number of techniques.
From the resulting mass formed cakes. I rolled up the balls, I got 13 pieces.
Put in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
Cakes keep their shape, remain delicate, with a light damp structure! After a night in the fridge become even tastier!
