- Sorrel - 1 Puig.
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs

- Onion - 1 piece

Step by step instruction of cooking Light sorrel soup
Cook chicken broth. After cooking take out the chicken and separate into pieces (like in soup large, separate large).
In broth throw the stems from the sorrel for 5 minutes, then take out and throw them.
The broth is filtered through cheesecloth (as there can be fine grains of sand from the sorrel, who, even after washing with running water could still remain).
Chop the leaves of sorrel, potato cubes, carrots grate on a fine grater, finely chop the onion.
Prepare zazharku. On a small amount of olive oil fry onions and carrots until Golden.
Add to the broth chopped chicken (fried chicken), potatoes and fried onions with carrots. Leave to boil over low heat 10-15 minutes, until the potatoes are soft.
When the potato is cooked, throw in the sorrel.
In a small bowl break three eggs and whisk until smooth.
Pour eggs into soup in a thin stream, stirring constantly. Formed egg "thread". Allow to simmer for about a minute.
Turn off the heat, cover with a lid and leave to infuse for 5 minutes.
Easy, simple and delicious soup is ready.
Portion before serving you can season with ground pepper, parsley or dill.
