Want to offer a simple but very tasty salad of beets, green olives and mozzarella. Cooks very quickly and the result will please you. Can be used as a garnish to the meat.
Ingredients for Beet salad, olives and mozzarella
- Beets - 1 piece
- Green olives - 10 PCs
- Mozzarella - 125 g
- Basil - 2 vetos.
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Peppers red hot chilli - to taste
- Balsamic - 3 kapl.
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Beet salad, olives and mozzarella

Beets grate on a coarse grater or cut into small cubes.
For the filling in a jar (or Cup) mix the vinegar, olive oil, balsamic, salt, pepper. Whisk until emulsified.
On a large plate to lay out the part of the beet.

Beet pour a little dressing.
Mozzarella grind (I have a baby, cut into four pieces), to put some beets.
On top of the beets, vinaigrette and mozzarella.

Olives cut into halves, put on lettuce.
Garnish with Basil leaves.
