Very interesting dough of this bread, with the addition of semolina. Thanks to this test, the bread does not get stale and stays fresh as "furnace" a few days.

- Flour - 400 g
- Semolina - 25 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Butter - 100 g
- Yeast - 5 g
- Salt - 1 depot.

- Jam - 5 tbsp
- Milk - 250 ml
Step by step instruction of cooking Loaf "features of stale-proof"
