- Pumpkin - 150 g
- Green onions - 50 g
- Trout - 180 g
- Butter - 30 g
- Sour cream - 1 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Riet pumpkin and fish
The recipe is pretty simple. Pumpkin cleaned, coarsely chop and cook in boiling, salted water until tender. 15-20 minutes.
Drain the water from the pumpkin. Then mash it with a fork, gradually adding the butter and sour cream.
Green onions finely chop. Not a lot of green feathers, leave for filing.
Fish clear from the skin, bones, if any and finely chop.
To the pumpkin add the onion and fish pepper. Try for salt and if necessary more salt. Be careful, because fish is already salty.
