- Chicken liver - 400 g
- Pear - 2 PCs

- Walnuts - 50 g
- Salt - 0.1 tsp.
- Vinegar - 20 g
- Mustard - 10 g
- Olive oil - 60 g
- Salt - 0.3 tsp.
- Black pepper - 0.1 tsp.
- Basil - 1 tsp.

Fry in vegetable oil finely chopped onion until lightly caramelized. Is best suitable white sweet onion.
