Salad with chicken and corn

A simple and hearty salad with chicken, which successfully became friends sweet corn, tender scrambled eggs, spicy pickled cucumber and fresh herbs. Try it, it's delicious.
Ingredients for Salad with chicken and corn
- Chicken fillet - 250 g
- Pickled cucumber - 200 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Cream - 50 ml
- Corn - 1 ban.
- Greens - 1/2 Puig.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Mayonnaise - 50 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Salad with chicken and corn
Beat eggs with cream (or milk) until smooth. For a change of pace.
In a well-heated vegetable oil to fry scrambled eggs (for 2 minutes each side). The omelet cool.
Boiled (baked, fried) chicken, cut into small dice.
In the same way chop the pickled cucumber and the cooled eggs.
Put the ingredients in a bowl or large salad bowl.
Add the canned corn (drain the liquid) and chopped parsley.
Season the salad with mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise (or sour cream/mayonnaise in its pure form).
Stir, try for salt.
Everything is ready.
