- Fish - 500 g
- Vinegar - 50 ml
- Sugar - 20 g
- Soy sauce - 100 ml

- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Cream cheese - 3 tbsp.
- Sour cream - 6 tbsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Rolls of burbot
Close the lid and put in a preheated 200º oven for 30 minutes. To take the lid off, for another 10 minutes.
Take out of the oven. Rolls are ready!
Serve with a side dish and as a separate dish.
The fish is cleaned, washed, to separate the fillet from the bones, small bones to remove. I not a big fish, so even cut into pieces was not necessary.
To prepare the marinade: mix the balsamic vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, pepper, grated on a fine grater ginger, garlic through chesnokodavilku.
