Recipe for lovers of cottage cheese and poppy cakes. Crispy batter with cereal and a great addition in the form of apricot compote. Come, treat!
Ingredients for Cottage cheese-poppy seed cake with apricots
- Flour - 180 g
- Powdered sugar - 50 g
- Yolk egg - 2 PCs
- Soda - 1/2 tsp.
- Salt - 1 depot.
- Oat flakes - 60 g
- Butter - 120 g
- Curd - 250 g
- Sugar - 20 g
- Yolk egg - 1 piece
- Pudding vanilla - 4 tbsp
- Milk - 250 ml
- Mac - 80 g
- Honey - 1 tbsp
- Pudding vanilla - 2 tbsp
- Compote - 1 ban.
- Cinnamon - 1 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Cottage cheese-poppy seed cake with apricots

In a bowl, mix the flour, powdered sugar, salt and soda.

Add the pieces of chopped butter, egg yolks and cereal.

Knead the dough. Wrap it in clingfilm and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

In a saucepan bring to boil the milk.
Stirring constantly, add the poppy seeds, pudding and cinnamon. Cook for 3 minutes.

Add sugar and honey and cook for 1 minute.
Remove from the heat.
If the filling is too runny, you can add grated carrot or biscuits, like I did.
The filling to cool.

Cut the dough into two unequal parts. A large part of the test lay out in a baking dish (22cm). To form high sides.
Pierce the dough with a fork several times and bake in preheated oven at 180 for 15 minutes.
