- Sauerkraut - 250 g
- Beets - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Greens - to taste
- Onion - 0.5 PCs
- Vegetable oil
- Salt - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking A salad of pickled cabbage and beets
Onions and greens finely chop, carrots to RUB on a large grater (I rubbed on a grater for Korean carrot). Before you add the carrots to the salad, slightly mash it with a pinch of salt.
Boiled beets grate on a coarse grater.
To in a bowl combine sauerkraut, carrots, beets, onions and greens. Season to taste with salt and fill with sunflower oil.
