Noodles with Turkey

Tender juicy Turkey meat and cream sauce with horseradish, and green onion all on a large festive platter... very tasty!
Ingredients for Noodles with Turkey
- Turkey - 700 g
- Onion - 10 PCs
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Hell - 3 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Noodles - 200 g
- Water - 2000 ml
- Bay leaf - 2 PCs
- Salt - 1 depot.
- Black pepper - 1 depot.
- Spices - 1 tsp.
- Green onions - 1 Puig.
- Allspice - 3 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Noodles with Turkey

Cut onion into half rings and sent in a deep pan pre pouring a bit of oil, cover with a lid and stew for 10 minutes.

Fillet of Turkey breast cut into strips and add to the onions, stir and simmer for another 10 minutes.

To the meat add the Bay leaves, pepper, sweet peas, salt, black pepper and stir, simmer for another 10 minutes.

In a bowl mix sour cream, horseradish TM "Mach" and spices and give it all to the pan, simmer for another 10 minutes.

In a saucepan, pour 2 liters of water ( 1 litre for 100g of noodles), bring to a boil and sprinkle with salt, put noodles and boil for 4-5 minutes. Drain and spread on a dish

Green onions cut small, in the middle of the dish put noodles then in the middle of the noodles then the meat and green onions.
