And do not be surprised by the presence of mustard in the fruit salad. French mustard is very mild in taste, so it only adds a slight piquancy to the salad. Lovers of taste experiments, I invite you to try it! Change your angle of view! I made a salad for two (please note that the portion is very large - for 8 persons - decrease in proportion), but eat them all.
Ingredients for Fruit salad with mustard sauce
- Garnet - 1 piece
- Persimmon - 3 PCs
- Mandarin - 6 PCs
- Grapefruit - 2 PCs
- Chicory - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
- Mustard - 1.5 tbsp
- Honey - 2 tsp.
- Tarragon - 0,25 tsp.
- The mixture of peppers - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Fruit salad with mustard sauce

Carefully remove from persimmon peel, flesh cut into slices. Bones (if any) to remove.

Peel the mandarins, remove the plastic film from each slice. When cleaning, hold the citrus over a bowl to avoid losing the juice flowing and keep it off.

From grapefruit with a sharp knife, cut the peel to the pulp was visible. Cut a "fillet" on the slices.
