Liver pate, in itself, a tasty dish, but if you make an aspic with it, it can decorate a festive table. I think this recipe will be in demand in the New year's eve.

Prepare liver pate. Fat finely cut and vytaplivaete over medium heat in a frying pan.

Onions and carrots peel and finely chop arbitrarily. Fry in lard over medium heat 5 minutes.
