Desserts – favorite children part of the lunch. But it is not enough just delicious. No less important, form, color and flow. Sure – this is a two-layer jelly, they will not refuse!

Ingredients for Two-layer jelly with strawberries
- Strawberry - 450 g
- Cream - 250 ml
- Sugar - 120 g
- Vanilla pod - 1/2 PCs
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Gelatin - A 3.5 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Two-layer jelly with strawberries
Pour 1.5 tsp. gelatin 3 tbsp. of cream and leave for 10 minutes. Cut the vanilla pod in half lengthwise and seeds vystrelit. Put the remaining cream, 50 g sugar and vanilla seeds in a saucepan and heat but do not boil.
Pour the hot cream into the gelatin and stir. Gelatin needs to dissolve completely. Strain the mixture through a sieve. Place silicone molds on a tray. The form to fill in half of the butter mixture. Cool and refrigerate for 2 hours. Jelly has almost fully harden.
To postpone 200 g strawberries. The rest cut into small cubes.
Put the strawberries in a saucepan, add 250 ml water, lemon juice and remaining sugar. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and leave for 10 minutes under a lid.
At this time, soak the remaining gelatine in 3 tbsp water and leave to swell for 10 minutes. Add the gelatine in a saucepan with the strawberries and stir until dissolved. Strain through a sieve and cool completely. Pour the cold mixture into the butter with the jelly and leave in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Remove the form with the jelly from the fridge 10 minutes before serving. Gently turn on the dish. Slice the remaining strawberries and decorate them jelly.
