Very tasty and very simple cakes. Bake them in Poland exclusively for Christmas. This is one of the most beloved and popular spicy gingerbread at Christmas markets. Cooking will not cause any difficulties even for a beginner.

Put in a bowl all ingredients except flour, soda and baking powder

First knead the dough with a spoon, then spread on a Board and knead until smooth and elastic dough that does not stick to hands. The longer you knead the dough, within reason, of course, so it becomes more elastic. You can pour the flour, but very little. Cover the dough with a bowl and leave on the heating time of the oven to 180 degrees. C.
