Another cake recipe from my childhood that spoiled us from the mother in the winter days! Cake with bright lemon flavor and a neutral test, it is quite easy and fast, from very simple ingredients! Perfect for family get-togethers over a Cup of tea and make a variety of festive desserts!

Step by step instruction of cooking Pie "Lemongrass"

Soft margarine (mom used to make butter, I used "baking"), mix with sour cream with a spoon.

Add soda, slaked vinegar, stir.

Gradually pour the flour, add a pinch of salt. Gather the dough into a ball, knead a little. The dough is soft, not stick to hands.

Divide the dough into two pieces and put into the cold while we enjoyed the lemon filling.

For the filling, use ONLY the PULP and JUICE of the lemon, removing all the membrane, the white part of the peel (cut the zest of course not ejected and use it for other dishes).

Take out one portion of dough from the refrigerator and roll out on a sheet of parchment on the size of the form plus the sides (form size 18 cm x 25 cm).

Roll out second piece of dough on the parchment, carefully cover the form with cake, zasiyaet region.

Send the cake to be baked in a preheated 180 degree oven for 35-40 minutes until Golden color.
