Today I offer to cook a juicy, incredibly flavorful, moderately sweet, but with a little sour key lime pie. This cake is eaten at my house at the moment.
Ingredients for Key lime pie
- Butter - 200 g
- Flour - 260 g
- The lime zest - 3 PCs
- Ginger - 2 tsp.
- Sugar - 200 g
- Chicken egg - 4 PCs
- Leavening agent - 10 g
- Powdered sugar - 10 g
- Lime

For the glaze mix powdered sugar (150 gr.) with lime juice (about 1-2 tbsp). Lime juice can replace water. Should be a white, thick consistency. Greased pie with glaze. Allow to harden.
