Don't know what does dish have to do with Poland, but with this name I came across this recipe. In fact, this cauliflower is baked in a velvety sauce with boiled eggs, greens and a crunchy crust! Delicious in hot or in cold.
Ingredients for Cauliflower Polish
- Cauliflower - 400 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Sour cream - 3 tbsp.
- Cheese - 30 g
- Bread crumbs - 3 tbsp.
- Honey - 1 tsp.
- Flour - 2 tsp.
- Greens - to taste
- Spices - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Cauliflower Polish
