A very interesting dessert! Puff, with bright pieces of carrot, savory, top and bottom is crispy, the middle soft... If you remove the package for the night, then the next day is very similar to its prototype (KP "Flight" layered dessert with carrot without sugar), which I sought to make. The dough can be frozen and used next time (and even the puffs with your favorite filling). I like it with carrot dough to make cakes with savory fillings: mushrooms, rice, onion and millet with dried apricots. It turns out very harmoniously!

Shred the carrots using a food processor/ blender/grater.
Turns added to the water and stir until the flour: salt, egg, vinegar.
If you want to get in the end SWEET pastries, add more sugar.

Add in water, 1/2 flour and stir. Then all the carrots, stir.

Using the remaining flour and knead soft elastic dough.

The dough and butter, divide into 4 equal parts.

Each portion of dough roll out to a thickness of approximately 3mm. this is better how to sprinkle flour on the work surface.

The oil is evenly distributed in the test (on each layer, 1 slice): first with a spoon, then silicone brush.

Wrap the dough over the rolling pin.

Half lengthwise and take out the rolling pin.

Fold the dough in half so that the oil part was inside.

Pack the material in the package or plastic wrap. Put them in the freezer for 15-30 minutes. With remaining dough do the same.

Remove from freezer the required number of the test (I took 2 servings). Roll out each portion separately to a thickness of 3-5mm. Cut into squares/ rectangles/ triangles and pierce with a fork.

Bake in the oven at 210` until Golden brown, about 15 minutes. The hot cakes will be dense, crispy layer on the top and bottom, inside of the dough will be soft. When cool, dessert will become softer, but will still have a great crunch!

All that is not eaten in the next 5 hours, remove the package. The next day the cookies become softer, not crispy. So reminiscent of my favorite "Puff dessert Flight with the carrot without sugar". Not so tender, but also delicious!
