Dear cooks, after a long absence in a hurry to treat you to a delicious soup. The taste of this soup is almost indistinguishable from pea, but its great advantage is that unlike peas, red lentils no need to soak and then a long time to cook. Cooking time is reduced significantly, and this, for me anyway, a huge plus!

- Meat - 400 g
- Lentils - 200 g
- Potatoes - 5 PCs
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt - to taste

Pork smoked ribs cover with water and cook for 40 minutes. The ribs are ready remove from the saucepan, separate the meat from the bones and cut the meat into pieces. Bones discarded.

Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Add the potatoes to the broth and cook until almost cooked.
Peel the onion and carrots. Finely chop the onion, carrots grate on medium grater. In vegetable oil fry the onion until soft, add the carrots, fry. Add a couple tablespoons of water, cover the pan with a lid and stew over medium heat until tender. Add the smoked meat and the meat from the ribs, stir and fry. Then add all the contents of the pan into the bowl with the potatoes.
Lentils, rinse, add to the pot. Red lentils cooks very quickly, in just a few minutes.
The soup and salt to taste. The amount of fluid adjust to your liking, depending on whether you want a thick soup or not. Bring the soup until tender, add the chopped parsley, boil for one minute.
