Cupcakes with creamy cream cheese frosting. Are similar to cake "Red velvet", but it is easier to prepare. For the same taste they are no worse than the cake.

Ingredients for Cupcakes "Red velvet"
- Flour - 280 g
- Sugar - 200 g
- Butter - 70 g
- Vegetable oil - 30 g
- Yogurt - 220 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Cocoa powder - 10 g
- Vanilla sugar - 10 g
- Soda - 5 g
- Salt - 3 g
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- The food dye - 10 g
- Cream - 250 ml
- Cream cheese - 180 g
- Powdered sugar - 50 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Cupcakes "Red velvet"
All ingredients should be at room temperature.
Mix with a mixer the butter with the sugar.
Add the vegetable oil. Then the eggs, one at a time. Mix well.
Then in kefir to add the dye. Mix. Add the lemon juice.
In the sifted flour add the cocoa powder, baking soda, salt and vanilla sugar. Mix.
Flour mixture add to the total weight, parts, alternating with yogurt. Mix well.
In placed on a baking sheet muffin tins put the dough, filling them two-thirds full.
Bake in a preheated to 170 C oven, 30-35 min.
To prepare the cream: whip the cold cream. Add the powdered sugar. Whip until thick.
Next, add the cream cheese. Mix.
Decorate the finished cupcakes with cream using a pastry bag.
