- Flour - 300 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Sour cream - 150 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs

- Soda - 1/4 tsp
- Dutch cheese - 100 g
- Sausage - 300 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Pie with cheese and sausage
In a bowl sift flour, add salt, soda.
The sifted flour is triturated with cold butter into crumbs.
Add sour cream, egg, grated on a coarse grater cheese.
Knead the dough. Roll into ball and refrigerate.
