Ingredients for Casserole of squid
- Squid - 600 g
- Milk - 125 ml
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Flour - 1 tbsp
- Onion - 0.5 PCs
- Salt - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Casserole of squid
Squid boil and cut into short strips.
Onions chop and mix with the squid.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Yolks and combine with flour, butter and milk. Squid salt cooked weight from the yolks. Season with salt to taste.
Beat the whites to firm peaks and gently mix with the squid.
Put the squid into the form and bake at a temperature of 140-160 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
