This dish in our family passed down from generation to generation! My grandfather and grandmother from the Cossack village of Azov district of Rostov region. There is always fish in high esteem! Ingredients for Fried fish with potato Cossack

- Potatoes - 1 kg
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Roots - 0.5 PCs
- Pepper - 1 piece
- Tomato paste - 3 tbsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Black pepper
- Vegetable oil
- Bay leaf
Step by step instruction of cooking Fried fish with potato Cossack
Prepare all the ingredients. Clean the vegetables, defrosting (or clean) the fish
Cut the potatoes and fry in a pan until soft
Fish cleaned and chopped send salt, black pepper and seasoning for fish and let stand for 15 minutes
Dip the fish in flour and fry on both sides until Golden brown

Cover with a lid and simmer stew for 25-30 minutes.
