Ingredients for Casserole with Turkey meat
- Turkey - 500 g
- Carrots - 3 PCs
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Black pepper - 1 tsp.
- Sunflower oil - 3 tbsp.
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Cream - 150 ml
- Bakery products - 4 PCs
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Cheese - 100 g
- Parsley - 1/2 Puig.
Step by step instruction of cooking Casserole with Turkey meat

Turkey meat cut into thin strips.

Onion cut into pieces.
In a pan heat 2 tbsp of sunflower oil and fry the onions. Add meat and, stirring constantly, quickly fry until white.

Carrots cut into pieces and add to the meat.
Season with salt and pepper, cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.

Mushrooms clean and cut into plates.
Add to meat and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and cool slightly.

Spread the meat mixture into the form.

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and cream. Season with salt and pepper. The slice of bread cut into pieces and pour the beaten eggs.
