The first step is to open the scallops. To do this, cut ganging muscle close to the upper (flat) fold. The contiguous edible scallop muscle, the caviar and the mantle. Put these pieces separately and leave the lower (convex) fold.
Now for the mantle. It must be thoroughly rinsed from remnants of sand and silt.
Each bottom flap put the rice and make a well in the middle.
In the deepening put the contiguous muscle and the rice put the eggs and the ring cloak.
Top with a slice of orange and oil of egg and oil.
Bake at 220 degrees for 10 minutes.
