- Ham - 200 g
- Potatoes - 2 PCs

Step by step instruction of cooking Seaweed with cassiram
Onions and carrots chop, tomatoes grate on a coarse grater or cut into cubes, potatoes and the ham cut into cubes. In a frying pan with a thick bottom in a small amount of vegetable oil sauté onion, carrot, potato, tomato, and kassler (ham). Stir and cook about 2-5 minutes.
Add seaweed and chopped garlic. If necessary, add a little boiling water, so as not to burn.
Mix and cook for a few minutes.
Add the shallots, chopped feathers, or green onions, plus greens. It needs more salt to taste and pepper.
