- Cucumber - 100 g
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Salt - to taste
- Dill - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Yogurt sauce for vegetables and meat
Cucumber peel and RUB on a grater, add salt and pour Apple cider vinegar.
Garlic finely chop.
Mix the olive oil with the remaining Apple cider vinegar and whisk, add the garlic.
Cucumber squeeze out the excess water.
