The buns are fluffy, fragrant and very tasty!! Perfect nibble for the first dishes..
Ingredients for Buns with onions and garlic
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Milk - 200 ml
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Yeast - 1 tbsp
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Sunflower oil - 3 tbsp.
- Red onion - 1 piece
- Ramsons - 1 Puig.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Flour - 400 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Buns with onions and garlic
In warm milk dissolve sugar, salt and yeast. Let the mixture stand for 5 minutes or until typical beanie. Add 1/3 of the flour, stir with a spoon. Pour in vegetable oil and lightly beaten egg. Knead the dough, gradually adding the remaining flour, first with spoon, then hands. Put the dough in a bowl, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place until increase in volume in 2 times (about 40 minutes).
While our dough will approach, prepare the filling. Onion peel and cut into cubes. The garlic chop. In a pan heat 2 tbsp olive oil. Fry the onions until soft (about 2 minutes), then to the onions add the garlic and sauté together for 2 minutes. Allow to cool slightly.
Podoshedshee put the dough on a work surface, flatten with your hands, sprinkle the filling and begin to mix the dough, turning the dough from the edges inward. The dough is thoroughly mixed, if necessary, you can add 1 tbsp of flour on a work surface (at the beginning the dough seems rubber, but just a couple of minutes, it becomes soft and elastic).
The resulting dough is divided into 2 parts, then each further 4. To form balls, turning in edges of our pieces at the bottom.
Form for baking grease with vegetable oil. Lay out the rolls at a distance from each other. Cover with a towel or foil and leave for 30min. After proofing grease muffin with egg yolk or milk and send it in to bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25 minutes.
