Tender, juicy chicken with an amazing sweet and sour caramel crust.
Ingredients for Chicken with Bourbon
- Chicken fillet - 4 PCs
- Whiskey - 100 ml
- Soy sauce - 100 ml
- Brown sugar - 5 tbsp
- Ginger - 1 tsp.
- Garlic powder - 1 tsp.
- Peppers red hot chilli - 0.5 tsp.
- Onion - 1/2 PCs
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken with Bourbon
The ingredients are only sugar and vinegar somewhere to hide :)
Chilled to 18-20°C bottle open. Pour Bourbon in a glass with a thick bottom, a maximum of 1/4 of the height of the glass. First, to evaluate the aroma. Serve with steamed vegetables or rice.
