Wonderful choice of homemade cakes for morning tea or coffee. Crispy batter, tender, flavorful Apple butter filling. Very tasty!

Step by step instruction of cooking Croissants with Apple filling

Apples to clean.
One Apple cut into small cubes.
In a pan melt 30 g of butter, add the sliced Apple, 1 tbsp sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Mix well. Fry on medium heat, stirring occasionally, 7-10 minutes.

In a small saucepan, put 20 g of butter, 2 tbsp water, 1 tbsp sugar and chopped Apple. Simmer until soft Apple, while the liquid will remain quite a bit on the bottom of the pan. Blend in a blender.
