All kind time of day!!! We have often this situation arises when the refrigerator remains a piece of baked or boiled duck or chicken... I Propose to dispose of the remains of such birds quite tasty and quickly!!
Ingredients for Rice with Asian touch
- Figure - 160 g
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Black pepper
- Ginger - 0.5 tsp.
- Duck - 250 g
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Rice with Asian touch
To start, put a pot of water on the fire. After boiling, add salt and put the bags with rice (long-grain parboiled skills, in a ready dish it is very crumbly). Simmer for 20-25min (see instructions on box).

This time I cooked duck breast, previously cooked with roast duck or chicken (for our taste with the duck turns out delicious). Our poultry cut into cubes.
In a pan heat 3st. L. vegetable oil. Add the onion, fry it for 2 minutes. Then add the carrots and fry all together for another couple of minutes. Add the duck, stir. Pour 2st. L. soy sauce, stir, reduce the heat, the pan cover and then the vegetables with the bird 5 minutes.
Remove cover, add black pepper and ground ginger, mix well. By this time the rice had cooked. Open the bags and pour the rice to the vegetables with the duck. Mix well, cover again with a lid and let it sit all together just a couple of minutes.
