A light dressing of yogurt for any vegetable salads. Even ordinary lettuce leaves, drenched in this dressing, be turned into a delicious salad.
Ingredients for Yogurt dressing for salads
- Yogurt - 200 g
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- A mixture of spices - 1 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 3 tsp.
- Black pepper - to taste
- Lemon peel - 1 depot.
Step by step instruction of cooking Yogurt dressing for salads
The yogurt I use is homemade, it is quite thick. If the yogurt will seem watery - drain it on a sieve using a triple layer of gauze for 20-30 minutes, the excess whey will drain. You can also use low-fat sour cream.
For yogurt, add black pepper, crushed through a press garlic and Italian herbs
Add the lemon juice. And if you want a pinch of lemon zest
Add the soy sauce.
Mix everything into a smooth sauce.
Can be poured in a jar and store in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
Use this salad dressing for any vegetable salads.
