Prepare the marinade: combine the cheese, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, salt and garam masala powder. Mix well.

Chicken cut into pieces. Smear the resulting paste and leave under a lid for 3-4 hours (I cooked on the night).

Half a Cup of onions to fry and set aside. Heat both oils, add cloves, black pepper. Onions ( 1 Cup) and fry until clear.

Now add the marinated chicken along with the marinade and cook on high heat 5-6 minutes, until the chicken is browned.

Add 1 Cup of water, cover and cook until the chicken is cooked.

Add the cream, milk, saffron strands, cardamom powder, white pepper powder and fenugreek leaves (I substituted 1 tsp of ground seeds) and cook for another 2 minutes.
