Offer to cook fried pies filled with Nutella and dusted with powdered sugar. The pies are delicious, lush and should appeal to everyone, especially children.
Ingredients for A pastry stuffed with Nutella
- Flour - 250 g
- Sugar - 40 g
- Butter - 30 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Flavor - 2 ml
- Nutella - 100 g
- Cognac - 2 tbsp
- Powdered sugar
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking A pastry stuffed with Nutella
In a large bowl sift flour, add sugar and a pinch of salt, make a well in the center, cut into pieces butter, beat the eggs, add the brandy, baking powder and vanilla extract.
Start kneading the dough from the centre to gather all the flour.
Transfer the dough on working surface and continue to knead until it becomes smooth and homogeneous.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let stand 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into four parts.
Then thinly roll each piece of dough into an oval, any length pellet. (If you have a pasta machine, you can use it).
Put the rolled out dough on a floured surface and mark it on ~ squares (future pies). In the middle of each square lay 1 incomplete teaspoon of the filling.
Dampen the pastry edges and cover with another layer of rolled dough. Press down the edges so they stick.
Dough with filling and cut into squares (I used cooking molds).
To firmly seal the filling inside and the edges of the pie have not dispersed when frying, press them well with a fork.
Fry the patties in hot oil 2-3 pieces at a time, turning them several times.
Finished cakes spread on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Now the pies sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
