- Flour - 350 g
- Rye flour - 2 tbsp

- Milk - 500 ml
- Mousse - 200 g

For pancakes beat eggs in a lush foam. Add the sour cream.
Mix wheat flour with rye, add salt and sugar.
Mix flour mixture with egg-sour cream until smooth.
Stirring, start to gradually add the milk, and add vegetable oil. You should have a not too thick batter. If it still seems too thick, add some more milk.
Cover the dough with foil and let stand at least 20 minutes.
Then heat a pan with a diameter of 22-24 cm and bake pancakes.
When all the pancakes are ready and cooled, begin to assemble the pie.
