Ingredients for Easter cake
- Flour - 700 g
- Milk - 100 ml
- Butter - 50 g
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp
- Sugar - 50 g
- Salt - to taste
- Vanilla - 1 package.
- Yeast - 20 g
- Powdered sugar - 1 tbsp
- Mac - 30 g

Step by step instruction of cooking Easter cake
1. In a saucepan pour the milk, add the sugar, butter, vegetable oil, salt and put it on the stove (heated to 50 gr.) until butter is dissolved. Remove from heat and add 2 eggs + one yolk, poppy seeds and mix everything. One protein put into the fridge we will need it later.
2. In a Cup pour the milk mixture, oil, sugar, eggs and Mac and add flour and yeast knead the dough by hand or in the bread maker and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
3. Preheat the oven to 200 gr. Forms for cake grease with vegetable oil. Spread the batter into molds, filling them halfway. Form with the dough put in a warm place to raise dough for 15 minutes. After that, shape the dough put in a preheated oven. Bake the cakes at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes. The dough rises very well!
4. Hot cakes remove from the mold and allow to cool.
5. Prepare the glaze. Whisk one egg white with one tbsp of powdered sugar until stable peak. Grease glaze the cakes and decorate with sprinkles.
