I love and frequently cook the liver with pickled or pickles. This time I decided to try with salty green tomatoes. Very tasty turned!
Ingredients for Chicken liver with pickled tomatoes
- Chicken liver - 500 g
- Tomato salt - 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - 0.5 tsp.
- Black pepper
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken liver with pickled tomatoes

Chop the onion, fry it on medium heat until transparent. Chicken liver rinse thoroughly, chop, add to the onions. Fry for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Slice the pickled tomatoes.

Add to liver tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, black pepper. Salt I did not add, for my taste it here enough.

Stirring occasionally, simmer 3-5 min.
