Ingredients for Homemade ketchup from tomato paste
- Tomato paste - 200 g
- Water - 150 ml
- Fruit puree - 200 g
- Salt - 10 g
- Sugar - 20 g
- The mixture of peppers - 2 tsp.
- Paprika sweet - 1 tsp.
- Peppers red hot chilli - 0.5 tsp.
- Cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.
- Nutmeg - 0.5 tsp.
- Vinegar - 4 tbsp
- Onion - 100 g
- Garlic - 3 tooth.

In a saucepan place the Apple puree and tomato paste

Add water and stir well with a whisk. Water can add more/less depending on how thick you want the ketchup.

Onions and garlic cut and paste there.
If, ultimately, you want ketchup with chunks of vegetables - cut them finely. If you're like me, then grind in a blender - it's cutting doesn't matter.
Put ketchup on the fire, bring to a boil and cook over low heat 10 minutes, stirring to not burnt.

I love large fraction of pepper in the ketchup, so it was milled peas in a mortar. But if you like more pepper. then we can take ground.
