Ingredients for Easter cake
- Milk - 250 ml
- Sugar - 50 g
- Yeast - 11 g
- Flour - 300 g
- Chicken egg - 5 PCs
- Yolk egg - 2 PCs
- Sugar - 200 g
- Vanilla sugar - 1 package.
- Salt - to taste
- Sour cream - 100 ml
- Butter - 200 g
- Flour - 1200 g
- Raisins - 150 g
- Egg white - 2 PCs
- Powdered sugar - 200 g
- Citric acid - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Topping pastry - 1 package.
Step by step instruction of cooking Easter cake
Get 7 eggs, 100ml sour cream out of refrigerator to become room temperature.
Prepare the dough.
In a bowl pour in 250 ml. warm milk, add 50g of sugar-stir to dissolve the sugar.
