Found the recipe online - a delicious pastry filled with cream of Ricotta. Clearly, Ricotta much "easier" Mascarpone or even cream cheese. But, at the same time, I do not have enough saturation that is in the cream. Next time I'll try to replace the cream. As you know, I publish recipes in the form in which they find. Correction and experiments, of course, accepted.
Ingredients for Chocolate-nut brownies
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Butter - 100 g
- Yogurt - 150 ml
- Water - 100 ml
- Flour - 200 g
- Walnuts - 100 g
- Extract - 1 tsp.
- Cocoa powder - 20 g
- Sugar - 200 g
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Soda - 1 tsp.
- Ricotta - 250 g
- Cream - 250 ml
- Honey - 50 g
- Powdered sugar - 50 g
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Gelatin - 1 piece
- Milk - 3 tbsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Chocolate-nut brownies

Mix the dry ingredients: flour, nuts (chopped), salt, cocoa, baking powder and soda.

Melt butter and cool, mix with egg yolks, yoghurt and vanilla extract.

Pour hot water (in the recipe the temperature was not specified, I was brought to boiling, poured it in a measuring Cup, then into the batter) and stir.

Beat the whites with the sugar (I added 170 grams) until soft peaks form and add to the batter folding movements.

Pour the dough on the baking tray lined with baking paper and flatten.

Bake until dry toothpick at 180-200 degrees. It took me 20 minutes.

Prepare the cream. Soak gelatine in ice water.

Mix cheese, honey and lemon juice.

Whip the cream with the icing sugar.

Combine curd with cream. Milk heat (do not boil!) and dissolve in it a pressed sheet of gelatin. To enter into the cream. Mix gently.
