In every house on the eve of Easter bake Easter cakes. But for those going to the temple to highlight. Today I want to bake Easter cupcakes in silicone molds. They are very convenient to entertain guests, children and they look beautiful for the holiday table.
Ingredients for Easter cupcakes
- Flour - 250 g
- Milk - 100 ml
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Butter - 50 g
- Sugar - 100 g
- Vanilla - 1 package.
- Raisins - 50 g
- Lemon peel - 1 tsp.
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Sour cream - 100 g

Step by step instruction of cooking Easter cupcakes
Beat to a froth two whole eggs + one yolk, adding the eggs gradually the sugar, leaving a 1 protein to prepare the frosting.
To beaten eggs add the softened butter and sour cream and all is well whisk, gradually still whisking, enter the milk. Then add flour, vanilla, lemon zest, baking powder and stir.
In the finished dough add the raisins and mix well everything. Grease a silicone mold with vegetable oil and fill the dough a little more than half. And put in preheated oven to 180 gr. 20 - 30 minutes. ( depending on the oven)
While the cupcakes baked we make the frosting. Protein whisk in the lush foam, gradually adding sugar.
Cover the cupcake top with frosting and decorate as desired.
Cupcakes are ready!
