Easter treats is not only a cake and curd Easter. Holiday bakes and cakes, and cookies, and pies. The desserts are prepared with a high content of eggs, butter, cheese. Beautiful, fragrant and delicious cake with a shortbread crust and a filling of cottage cheese and poppy seeds - a great addition to a Cup of tea or coffee.

To prepare the dough for the pie I used a TM Dr.Oetker.

Melt the butter, add sugar and egg, mix well.

Add the sifted wheat flour, vanillin-Intensiv TM Dr.Oetker and leavening agent TM Dr.Oetker.

Knead a soft dough.

The dough is ready for cutting.

Prepare a springform baking dish with a diameter of 18 cm, the bottom covered with parchment paper.

Spread the dough and form a roll. Put the form with the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Now prepare the filling for the pie. Mac pour boiling water for 20 minutes and then drain the water using a sieve.

Cheese beat with a blender. Add the cheese, corn starch TM Dr.Oetker and eggs.

Whisk all ingredients in a blender.

Divide curd into two unequal parts, one part should be a little longer.

In the smaller cottage cheese part of the filling, add poppy seeds and mix well.

Remove from the refrigerator dough, put in the center alternately 1 tablespoon filling: 1 tablespoon poppy seed, 1 — without Mack.

So done with all the stuffing. The filling itself will be spread on the form. (You can gently shake the form with the content in order to keep the stuffing evenly distributed).

Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, about 1 hour. Ready pie cool completely and then remove from the mold.

Now to prepare the frosting with the taste of dark and white chocolate TM Dr.Oetker, according to the instructions on the package.

As soon as the glaze melts, immediately apply it to the surface of the chilled pie.
