Ingredients for The squid in the marinade from the pulp of a kiwi
- Squid - 500 g
- Kiwi - 1 piece
- Basil - 1 Puig.
- Pine nuts - 3 tbsp.
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Vegetable oil - 1/2 stack.
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Dry white wine - 1/2 stack.
- Parsley - 2 tbsp
- Pepper white - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking The squid in the marinade from the pulp of a kiwi
Squid (fresh) cut into strips.
Kiwi peel, finely chop, mix with squid.
Put in the fridge for 30 -40 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the sauce.
Finely chop Basil, add the chopped pine nuts, garlic, vegetable oil (leave some for basting) and season with salt and pepper and mix well.
Squid with kiwi spread on a baking sheet (greased), sprinkle with lemon juice and wine.
Put in a preheated 180 degree oven, bake 10 minutes.
Squid, sprinkle with parsley, serve with sauce.
