Hello, friends! I offer you a recipe of delicious, festive and bright dishes-jellied "Faberge Egg".
Ingredients for Flooded "Faberge egg"
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Chicken - 1 kg
- Water - 2 l
- Onion - 1 piece
- Bay leaf - 2 PCs
- Allspice - 5 PCs
- Black pepper - 5 PCs
- Salt - to taste
- Gelatin - 2 tsp.
- Pork - 100 g
- Red sweet pepper - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Green peas - 100 g
- Corn - 100 g
- Dill - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
- Chicken egg - 10 PCs
- Water - 1 l
- Soda - 2 tbsp

Step by step instruction of cooking Flooded "Faberge egg"
Egg wash under running water with soda. Wipe dry.
With the blunt end of the egg make a small hole with a spoon and expanding the hole until 1.5-2 cm, and Pour out the yolk and white (in this dish they don't need, you can cook omelets, pancakes or just to fry, to put on cakes, etc.).
Wash the eggs inside. Place in a bowl and pour warm water with baking soda. Leave for 30 minutes. Then wash under running water. Dry.
Cook the broth.
Washed chicken omit the cold water.
Wait for boiling. We remove the foam.
Add peeled carrots, onion, Bay leaf, and black pepper. Add salt to taste. Stir.
Cook until tender over medium heat (I cook 1 hour).
Small cube cut:
sweet red pepper,
the carrots that were cooked in a broth
chicken meat (apart from bones).
Dill and parsley wash, dry. Detachable small leaves and stems.
With corn and peas, and pour out the liquid.
Lay alternately in the shells from the eggs prepared ingredients:
Put the parsley leaves and dill.
Next, fill the eggs with filling alternating the layers up to the top.
Instant gelatin pour 30 ml of the cooled broth.
Leave for 5 minutes to swell.
Then heat in the microwave (water bath) to dissolve the gelatin (the main thing not to allow to boil).
Add prepared gelatin in 220 ml of broth. Stir. (Depending on the size of the egg shell, you may need more/less of the broth, and thus gelatin)
Pour the egg broth.
Sent eggs in the fridge to harden for 1-2 hours.
Before serving, clean from the shell.
Also, you can use silicone molds instead of eggshell. The principle is the same. For taking out the filler in this case, the silicone mold is lowered for 10 seconds in hot water and cover with destockage (plate), turn over the form, remove the form.
