Easter is approaching and every woman is looking for a suitable recipe. Today I bake the Cake in a simple recipe. Cakes turn out sweet, tender, as the dough is stuffed with flour, and the scent of orange zest fills the house with a festive mood. For this recipe I did 3 cakes with a diameter of 9 cm and 6 cupcakes for the kids.

- Milk - 400 ml
- Sugar - 200 g
- Flour - 350 g
- Yeast - 25 g
- Salt
- Butter - 100 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Vanilla sugar - 1 package.
- Orange zest - 1 tsp.
- Candied - 200 g
- Gelatin - 1 tsp.
- Water - 35 ml
- Sugar - 100 g
- Orange juice - 1 tsp.

When the dough has risen add the butter, 200 g flour. Leave the dough for 1 hour in a warm place, for example in an oven at 40C.

When the dough is well risen - in 2 - 2,5 times, beat the egg with sugar and vanilla sugar. In the dough add orange zest, whipped with sugar and egg and candied fruits with raisins.

Mix well and spread on the forms. I got 3 Cakes with a diameter of 9 cm and I made 6 cupcakes for kids. Should be allowed to stand for about 20 minutes in a warm place.

Then bake without opening the oven the cakes for 45 minutes at 180C and cupcakes 30 minutes.

When cakes are cooled make the frosting: 1 teaspoon gelatin dissolved in 3 teaspoon of water. Pour the remaining sugar water and sent to the fire until boiling. It is necessary that the sugar is dissolved.
