Couscous with vegetables and chicken wings

This recipe of couscous I discovered in my student years. Very simply, quickly and with minimal cost, and most importantly delicious!
Ingredients for Couscous with vegetables and chicken wings
- Couscous - 450 g
- Chicken wings - 4 PCs
- Sundried tomatoes - 100 g
- Red sweet pepper - 100 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Water - 450 ml
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Couscous with vegetables and chicken wings
Onions finely shinkuem, carrots cut into thin strips, all fry in vegetable oil in a saucepan. For this amount of ingredients is not less than 2.5 liter.
Add sun-dried tomatoes, cut into wedges, bell pepper slices. The tomatoes I harvested in season, electric driers and freeze, but if not sun-dried tomatoes, you can take fresh tomatoes, pre-clearing of seeds.
Simmer under a lid for 5 minutes.
Next to the vegetables, add chicken legs. Bring to readiness over medium heat with the lid closed, stirring occasionally.
Pour 450 ml of water, waiting to boil, add salt, pepper to taste, cover and simmer 5 minutes.
Fill our the couscous, mix thoroughly and cover, leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes and serve.
