Ingredients for Theater-baked brisket or podcherevok
- Brisket - 1 kg
- Salt - to taste
- Garlic - 7 tooth.
- Coriander - 1 tsp.
- Black pepper - 1 tsp.
- Paprika sweet - 1 tsp.
- Mustard - 1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Bay leaf - 4 PCs

Step by step instruction of cooking Theater-baked brisket or podcherevok
Meat wash, dry, grate salt. Garlic cut small plates and respigam meat. The mortar will rastolchem coriander seeds, pepper and paprika. If there is no mortar take the ground spices. Add mustard, sunflower oil, all mix up well and grate the meat. You can take absolutely any spices to your taste.
Let's pack the meat Bay leaf. Wrap it in foil or leave in the bowl, the meat should marinate at least 12 hours, I marinated the day. Take out the Bay leaf and put into the oven. Bake 1.5 to 2 hours, for 10 minutes until cooked open the foil, pour the liquid that is formed when baking and send in the oven for another 10 minutes to form a Golden crust.
