Step by step instruction of cooking Cake on kefir "Vanilla"
Yogurt take more fat and the fatter the cheese, the less flour you will need.
all the ingredients for the dough mix and put in warm place to raise
Meanwhile, to prepare our supplements - the raisins soak for a few minutes in boiling water, the candied fruit cut into smaller
In approaching the dough add eggs, condensed milk, softened butter and vanilla sugar
Mix everything thoroughly
Add half of the flour, knead and add raisins and candied fruit
Add the remaining flour and carefully knead again, do it with a spoon or spatula. The dough will be thick, but sticky, holds its shape, spoon falls.
Leave in a warm place, covered with a towel, to increase in 2-3 times. I have the volume of my Cup, not allowed to rise the dough 3 times, so I just hit him 2 times.
The finished dough to put on the forms to 2/3 of the volume and put again for the delay (my apologies for such a dark photo)
When the cakes rise (forgot to take a picture), put in a preheated 180C oven and bake 20 to 40 minutes - I medium were prepared in 25 minutes, and large 40. If the top starts to burn, cover with foil. Finished cakes cool completely.
Now for the decoration - I have a bag of finished glaze from Dr. Oetker, sugar beads and daisies from Dr. Oetker.
Decorate lets our imagination.
Cakes baked half-day, and finished late in the evening. All photos of evening and unvarnished, unfortunately. In the morning I had to leave.
Half of the cakes had gone into the gift, and the other half was custom-made)
