Ingredients for Zucchini-Afghan
- Zucchini - 1.200 kg
- Tomato - 700 g
- Garlic - 3 tooth.
- Vegetable oil - to taste
- Tomato paste - 2 tsp.
- Coriander - 1 tsp.
- Black pepper - 1 tsp.
- Turmeric - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Sugar - 1.5 tsp.
- Water - 30 ml
- Chili - 1 piece
- Peppers red hot chilli - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
- Yogurt - 100 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Zucchini-Afghan
Here are the products we need.
Courgettes I have a small and need to be cut in half and then each half slice.
If small tomatoes, cut into circles, but I they are large, so cut polukoltsami.
Garlic and hot pepper finely chop.
Fry the zucchini until Golden brown.
The bottom of the pan to grease with oil.
Lay the piece of tomato, salt lightly and sprinkle a pinch of garlic and pepper.
Then put a piece of zucchini and sprinkle with black pepper, turmeric and coriander.

Dilute tomato paste with water and sugar and pour over the top.
Cover, bring to boil and cook on low heat for about 20 minutes.
Yogurt or cream cheese mixed with crushed garlic and salt.
